Pastor

Derek Logsdon was raised by parents who showed him what it looks like to follow Jesus; through their faithful influence as well as the influence of a youth pastor, God saved Derek in high school. In college at Western Kentucky University (2013-2017), God formed Derek's heart in a deeper way and gained a passion for ministry through the local church and a campus ministry. This passion was further solidified through an extended time in the Middle East as a missionary. Shortly after college, Derek served the local church as a member and completed his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (2018-2021). Derek's greatest earthly blessing, though, is not found in any theological degree or credential, but it is found in his wife Becca. Derek and Becca met while students at WKU as well as serving as interns at their campus ministry. Becca previously served as the Director of College Ministry and Communications at their sending church, Rich Pond Baptist. She is currently pursuing her degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Boyce College. Derek is honored to serve as a church planter being sent from Rich Pond Baptist Church.

Pastor

Travis was brought up in a home and family that pointed him to Christ. He was brought into a relationship with Christ through faith and repentance at the age of 7. At 13, he met his wife Tiffany. Together they desire to glorify Christ through their lives, marriage and family. He has served in other churches and on many short term missions around the globe. Through God’s grace, Travis desires to make God known both locally and around the world and to lead others to the same. Together, they are raising 4 children and pray that all 4 are used by God to bring glory to His name.
